Is there a free trial of Premium?
No. Premium starts the day you subscribe. You can cancel whenever from the Subscription page and you go back to Free — your profile and projects stay.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from the Subscription page, with “Manage in Stripe”. Premium stays active until the end of the period already paid.
Why pay if Free is already complete?
Free lets you register, upload projects and apply, with AI credits every month. Premium is for more AI (more credits a month and more readings per project) and market insights. It never changes where you appear in the lists companies browse.
Can I share my profile?
Yes, even on Free: your public page and the verify link are free. With Premium, your PDF CV comes without the InTransparency branding.
Do I need a university email?
Not required, but worth it while you are still enrolled: an address from your school links you automatically to your university or ITS Academy (Italy's two-year higher technical institutes). A personal address works too — that link just has to be made by hand.
Do the AI features cost credits?
Yes. You get a monthly allowance of AI credits, larger with Premium, renewed on the 1st: an AI Coach reply uses 3, a project reading 10. Credits are not sold separately; your settings show how many you have used.
