The artifact that decides interviews

A two-page candidate dossier. Generated automatically. Read in five minutes.

Verified skills, normalized grades, links to the actual project artifacts, optional personality summary. The Decision Pack is what a hiring manager reads instead of a first call — and what a career-services tutor sends a student to read before one.

We connect people and values.

What's in it

Six sections, two pages, no padding

Every Decision Pack has the same structure. The data comes from the candidate's profile, the AI extraction, and (optionally) their professor's endorsement. Nothing the candidate writes themselves.

01

Verified skill list

Skills extracted by discipline-aware AI across 15 fields — code parsed differently from a thesis, design files differently from a business case. Each skill has a confidence score and a link to the artifact it came from. Recruiters click through to the source.

02

Normalized grades

Italian 30/30, German 1.0, French 20/20, ECTS — all translated to a comparable scale automatically. A non-Italian recruiter doesn't need to know the Italian system.

03

Institutional context

Program name, tutor, stage company, completion year. The institutional grounding that anchors the rest of the document.

04

Soft skills + working style (optional)

Output of the candidate's Self-Discovery flow plus optional Big Five, DISC, and competency assessments — values, strengths, motivations, working style. Cross-referenced against their verified record so recruiters see what aligns and what doesn't. Always visible to the candidate first.

05

Employability prediction

A predicted fit score against common role categories, with the assumptions visible. No black-box ranking — the inputs are listed.

06

Endorsement badge (optional)

If a professor has endorsed the project, a small clickable badge with the professor's name, the course, and the term. A bonus trust signal — never required.

This is what the Decision Pack actually looks like

Synthetic candidate, real component. The same React layout that renders for a real shortlisted profile — verified skill badges, top-project scoring, endorsement quote, prediction band.

Sofia ran the protocol pilot end-to-end. The follow-up data she produced is now being used to inform the regional triage standard.

Placement Prediction

92%

Verified clinical exposure: 4 of 4 hospital rotations independently signed off by attending physicians.

Quantitative rigor: Thesis includes regression analysis on 8,400 ED admissions.

Endorsement quality: Endorsement cites measurable impact on regional protocol, not attendance.

Sample data. Real Decision Packs draw from the candidate's actual profile, project artifacts, and (when present) professor endorsements.

Who reads a Decision Pack

Different reader, same document

The Decision Pack works because it's the same artifact for everyone in the hiring chain. The recruiter shortlists. The hiring manager decides. The candidate prepares. Nobody is reading a different version.

Talent acquisition

Generates the Decision Pack from the shortlist, sends to the hiring manager, attaches to the ATS ticket, archives in the audit log.

Hiring manager

Reads the Decision Pack in five minutes before deciding whether to schedule an interview. Clicks through to the artifact links to verify what matters.

The candidate

Reads their own Decision Pack to understand what an outside observer sees in their work. Often the first time they see themselves framed by an external system.

Career services tutor

Pulls a student's Decision Pack before a recruiter call to coach the conversation. Sends it to the student to read before the call.

Speed

Generated automatically. Available the day a profile is complete.

There is no waiting for a Decision Pack. The moment a candidate has uploaded their projects and the AI extraction has run, the Decision Pack exists. A recruiter generates one in a click. Export to PDF or JSON, send to anyone.
