Orientation evidence
Each student's uploaded projects and soft-skill assessments, to bring to family meetings. The 30 orientation hours (DM 328/2022) stay in your own register.

Hours you don't lose anymore
The register works student by student, not by class: when a student presents their path — at a university interview, say — the hours are their own.
- Activities
- Each activity with its title, type (work placement, project, workshop, simulation, visit), host company, dates, planned hours, maximum number of students and, where there is one, the linked agreement.
- Agreements
- Agreements with host companies: contact person, signing and expiry dates, and the activities under each one.
- Hours per student
- The hours the school logs for each student on each activity (date, hours, notes), with each student’s total.
- Host-company confirmation
- The school asks the host company’s tutor, through an email link, to confirm or dispute the logged hours; until then they show as awaiting confirmation, not as confirmed.
The register does not compute completion against each track’s minimum hours.
