Family Communications
Parents (for under-18 students) get access to the PCTO ledger and digital consent for conventions.
For students we identify as likely under 18, the profile stays out of recruiter search, out of public search and out of any transfer into a company's recruiting software (), and cannot be contacted, until an active parental data-sharing consent exists. Age is inferred from education level, not verified. The school is the data controller; the Art. 28 data-processing agreement is a template for your data protection officer to review.
PCTO hours you don't lose anymore
A 600-student high school manages around 90,000 hours per year across licei, tecnici, and professionali. Tracked per student, not per class — at the university interview the data needs to be accurate for that specific kid.
