The problem

Your students do great work.

Companies never see it.

Career services run on spreadsheets.

Placement data arrives a year too late.

The value is there. What’s missing is a way to prove it, as it happens.

Built for ITS Academies

Decreto 22/12/2022 · Allegato A

6- and 12-month employment rates, alignment between diploma and job role, multi-year contracts — the indicators that drive funding. Export in the exact format the national ITS monitoring system requires.

ITS workspace

Four modules for the internship → placement → ministry reporting cycle

Your career office runs the full cycle from first company contact to post-diploma employment contract. Discipline-aware AI reads project work the way each specialization needs it read — mechatronics differently from biotech, digital manufacturing differently from smart mobility. Core runs the whole thing; Premium adds unlimited AI, a longer record of who did what, and reporting for the ministry.

Mediation Inbox

Every company message to your students is reviewed by a coordinator first. Approve, edit or reject — with a full record of who decided what, so tutors can account for it.

Curricular Internship Tracking

Internship agreement, hours log, tutor evaluations (company and academic), final project. paperwork is generated from what you have already filled in.

Outcomes Dashboard

Live employment rate, diploma/role alignment, average duration of first contract. / export for the national ITS monitoring submission.

Employer

Internship hosts, companies that have hired, long-standing partners. One board that follows each company from first contact to renewed agreement.

Premium

On the Premium plan we also come to secondary schools: in-person and remote orientation sessions that present your ITS courses to final-year students.

Career-office actions are recorded in a log your staff can read. Recruiter views and contacts of your own students appear in your activity feed, alongside the work they publish and the evaluations your tutors file. For match results the student sees the score, the factors and the evidence behind them.

The metric that matters

Employment rate — the indicator your funding depends on

ITS are funded on performance: national monitoring requires 80% employed within 12 months in the diploma's sector. Track the number class-by-class, not at year-end.

ITS Academy reform (PNRR)

Aligned with Italy's 2022 ITS reform

Law 99/2022 and its implementing decrees (DM 191, 203, 217, 227, 228, 229, 235) redesigned the ITS Academy system. The platform is built for the new structure out of the box.

6 official technology areas (DM 203/2023)

Energy efficiency · Sustainable mobility · Life sciences · Made in Italy · Cultural heritage · . When a student joins, we ask which area they belong to; programs filter by area, and recruiter searches respect it.

levels V and VI tracked separately

Each student record carries the level (V — two-year, VI — three-year). The export includes it, and the performance indicators (DM 228 and DM 235) are calculated for each level separately.

Ready for the national ITS student registry (DM 227/2023)

Student records already contain the required fields: area, level, program name, year, expected diploma date. The export is -format and re-usable for the Anagrafe Nazionale upload.

Performance + outcome indicators (DM 228, 229, 235)

The Premium dashboard computes in real time: completion rate, 6/12-month employment rate, employment-to-program coherence, internship hours logged. Exportable for reporting ( + ministry-format report).

How it works, for your school

Zero manual work. You only approve hires.

InTransparency is self-serve: companies register themselves, students apply themselves. You get notifications and see the analytics — you don’t manage anything by hand. The only moment the school steps in is a hire.

Partner (convenzionata)

Has an agreement with you. Already in-platform and receives applications.

Non-partner (non convenzionata)

No relationship with your school. Sees students only in anonymised form.

Student side — when they save a role or apply

  1. 1
    Non-partner company

The school is NOT notified. InTransparency sees it and may optionally flag it to you. From there it’s your call: sign an agreement, or delegate us to negotiate one.

  2. 2
    Partner company

The school is NOT notified of applications; the company (already in-platform) is notified and possibly emailed, and runs the selection.

  3. 3
    Hire

On a mutual yes (student + company), the school approves and prepares the documentation. That’s your only step.

Company side — when browsing for candidates

  • Partner

Browses student profiles; paying unlocks a shortlist. It can never contact a student directly — only signal you a list or email you (in-platform). Direct contact only after a hire.

  • Non-partner

Sees the student anonymised — first name + surname initial, plus the school (e.g. “Anna G. · ITS di Monza”). Can view the project, express interest and send ONE opening message (no follow-ups until the student replies). The student stays anonymous until they choose to reveal who they are.

The privacy rule

No company messages a candidate before the candidate chooses them, and the student controls when their identity is revealed. Partners go through the school; non-partners can only send a first message — no follow-ups — which the student decides whether to pick up.

Ready for your next class?

Activate the workspace before the next class starts. The first MIM monitoring window closes 12 months after diploma — better not start late.
