API Endpoints
InTransparency provides a read-only REST API over verified student profiles, companies and open roles, the ESCO vocabularies our matching is built on, and credential verification — plus watchlists and webhooks so your system is told when something matches instead of polling. Authenticated with an organization-scoped API key.
What an API key gets you today
Discovery API
Read student profiles, projects, teacher evaluations and credentials, plus companies and open roles. Read-only: students register themselves and institutions manage their own records.
Reference data
ESCO occupations and skills, the algorithm registry, the compliance frameworks and the glossary — the vocabularies our matching is built on, so your side can speak the same one.
Watchlists
Save a standing query with your key and read it back, instead of rebuilding it on every call. Alerts when new candidates match it are not sent yet.
Webhooks
Get a signed POST when a match is created for your subscription, a credential is issued, an internship is evaluated or an exchange completes. Each delivery is attempted once and logged.
Webhooks & automation reference
Five signed events, copy-paste setup for Zapier, Make, n8n or any custom receiver. HMAC-SHA256 on every delivery.

All API requests are authenticated using API keys. Each key is scoped to your organization and can be configured with granular permissions. Keys are managed from your dashboard settings.
