How does the Premium trial work?
7 days of Premium, no card required. When it ends you go back to Core automatically — students and data stay, nothing is deleted.
Can I downgrade at any time?
Yes. Premium is monthly or annual, cancelled from the panel with no exit costs. Premium features switch off at the end of the period you have already paid for.
How does billing work?
Italian electronic invoice (SDI) or international invoice for EU partners. Payment via card or bank transfer — for bank transfer contact us. VAT is shown separately.
What happens to student data if I don't renew?
Registered students remain on the platform with their personal account — InTransparency is their portable identity. The organization loses Premium features but doesn't lose operational data (agreements, logs).
Do prices include VAT?
No, prices are VAT excluded. Organizations with documented VAT exemption pay the taxable amount.
Are AI features unlimited on Premium?
Core includes 50 AI credits a month; Premium includes 5,000 shared across all your staff. The same balance powers matching, partnership suggestions and reporting drafts. Top-up packs start at €5 for 200 credits.
