Frequently asked questions.
What do universities, ITS academies and schools pay?
You start on the Free plan, with one user. The Base plan, up to 2 users, costs per month €299 for universities, €199 for business schools, €89 for ITS academies and €39 for high schools, excluding VAT. From 3 to 5 users the price doubles; beyond that, we prepare a quote. A year costs ten months.
Is there a free trial?
There's no need: the Free plan has no expiry date and asks for no card. When you need the internship tools, you move to Base from your workspace.
We have several sites: does it cost more?
No. The price depends only on how many staff users work on the platform. Sites are handled with permissions.
Who counts as a user?
Staff who run the platform: careers office, internship office, course coordinators. Teachers and tutors, academic and company, join without counting as users.
Do students pay anything?
Nothing they need for their course or internship. Premium is a personal choice.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. You pay monthly or yearly and cancel from your workspace, with no exit fees. Your data stays exportable at any time.
How does billing work?
Italian e-invoice (SDI) or international invoice for EU partners. Monthly and yearly plans are paid by card. The only exception is public schools and universities: public-administration e-invoice with split payment, paid by bank transfer, monthly or yearly; send us your CIG and office code where required. VAT shown separately.
If we go back to the Free plan, what happens to our data?
It all stays. Internships, agreements and records become read-only, and editable again when you reactivate the plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Not for schools: if you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
What happens to our data if we don't renew?
Nothing is lost. Students keep their personal accounts, and the school's agreements, records and history stay stored: you find them again if you reactivate the plan.
How do AI credits work for a school?
The Free plan has 200 AI credits a month, Base and Plus 5 000, shared by all the staff. The assistant that answers on your data, report drafts and the other AI features draw on them. If they run out before the month ends, you buy a top-up from your workspace on any plan, from 200 credits for €5.
How are you different from LinkedIn, Handshake or JobTeaser?
Every profile rests on real projects, grades and, when a teacher finds the time, their evaluation, rather than on self-reported claims. For schools and universities we also run internships, from agreement to evaluation, with our network of companies, constantly growing. The price is published and fixed by type of school.
