Frequently asked questions.
How does the Free contact quota work?
Each month you get 5 contacts if you register with a work email (e.g. @company.com), 2 with a personal email (Gmail, Hotmail and the like). With a work email the quota is the company's: colleagues on the same domain share it. It renews on the 1st of the month.
Why the difference between corporate and personal email?
A work address is verifiable and points to a real company. A personal one tells us less: we cannot always trace who is behind it, and the students' details are the thing being handed over. The lower cap applies until we can identify the organisation — it is there to protect them.
Can I cancel Base or Silver whenever?
Yes, from Settings → Billing → Manage, with no exit fees; during the trial, cancelling avoids the first charge. The plan stays active until the end of the period already billed. The role pass does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
When should I move to Gold?
When Silver is not enough: more users and active offers, custom integrations or a dedicated contact person. Sending candidates to your ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, TeamTailor) already works on every plan, Free included. Gold's price is agreed on volumes and scope.
Do prices include VAT?
No, prices exclude VAT: it is added at checkout. Our administration issues the electronic invoice (through Italy's SDI) after payment.
Are AI features unlimited on Base?
Free includes 30 AI credits a month, Base 1 000, Silver 2 500, Gold 5 000; the role pass adds 300. The assistant, the interview questions and writing job ads all draw on the same balance. If you need more, top-up packs start at €5 for 200 credits, on any plan.
