How does the Free contact quota work?
Each month you get 5 talent unlocks if you register with a corporate email (e.g. @company.com), 2 with a personal email (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.). The quota resets on the 1st of the month.
Why the difference between corporate and personal email?
Corporate emails are verifiable and indicate a real company. Personal emails can hide unidentified resellers, agencies, or scraping attempts on the student pool.
Can I cancel Pro whenever?
Yes, from the panel with no exit fees. Pro features remain active until the end of the already-billed period.
When should I upgrade to Enterprise?
When you need SSO (SAML/OIDC), native ATS bridge, formal security review + DPIA, or a dedicated CSM with contract SLA. Custom quote based on volumes and scope.
Do prices include VAT?
No, prices are VAT excluded. Invoices always show VAT separately (SDI for Italian companies).
Are AI features unlimited on Pro?
Free includes 30 AI credits per month, Pro 1,000, Enterprise 5,000. AI matching, Hiring Advisor, Interview Kit and Decision Pack all draw from the same pool. If you need more, top-up packs start at €5 for 200 credits.
