JOB DESCRIPTION: The Care & Shipping Data Analytics team turns operational data into actionable insights to improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction across Customer Care, Seller Care, Quality and Shipping. We partner with business stakeholders, maintain monitoring tools and provide clear recommendations to support both day-to-day operations and long-term decisions. YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇 Conduct in-depth analyses to help Operations Specialists improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction across Customer Care, Seller Care, Quality and Shipping.
