Business Trainee

As our next Business Trainee, you’ll work at the heart of our business, where strategy meets execution. You’ll be empowered to take ownership, solve real challenges, and deliver sales results that matter. This isn’t a “watch and learn” kind of role. From day one, you’ll be in the mix, taking ownership, speaking to clients, solving real challenges, and helping people make life-changing decisions about their future. We’re not just building skills here, we’re building business people. Over your first 6 months, you’ll go through a fast-paced mix of training, hands-on experience, and close mentorship. You’ll build real commercial confidence, sharpen your sales skills, and learn how to think (and act) like someone who runs a business. We’ll give you the tools but you bring the drive. And together, we create impact quickly. Within 2–4 years, we expect you to be ready for your next big step whether that’s leading your own team or taking your career international within EF. Requirements Experience studying, working, or livingabroad Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written) Degree in business, economics, or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A team player with a competitive, results-driven mindset Strong initiative and resilience in a dynamic, fast-changing environment Leadership potential and ambition to make an impact Willingness to invest time and effort to build a global career Nice to Have Additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.) Experience in sales, client outreach, or customer engagement Prior work in telemarketing, customer service, or business development — Published by EF Education First.
