We are currently looking for a Landside Operations Specialist to join our team and support our growing customer portfolio. What You'll Be Doing Manage and coordinate transport and logistics activities for our customers. Monitor shipments and ensure timely execution across the supply chain. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving operational inquiries. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for our customers' success. Handle shipping documentation and ensure data accuracy in operational systems. Identify and proactively resolve shipment disruptions. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Build strong customer relationships and contribute to service excellence. What We're Looking For Studies in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, transportation, or customer service. Any work related experience in the same field will be an advantage. Fluency in English and the local language (written and spoken). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
