Junior Accountant - AOS

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Accounting & Outsourcing department starting in January 2027. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of clients under Lux GAAP; Prepare the bookkeeping and reconcile the accounts; Keep accurate accounting records; Prepare the periodic reporting and the financial statements; Draft the legal documentation such as minutes of Board of Managers’ meetings and Shareholders’ meetings; Liaise with internal and external parties should it be needed; Assist the client during the audit process when required; Assist the Accounting team when needed. Your profile: You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in accounting, finance or similar; A first experience in accounting (including an internship) is an asset; You are fluent in English and French (written and spoken); German is a real asset You are dynamic, proactive, rigorous and you have excellent communication skills; You have a good team spirit.
