Publishing Assistant - OA Journals Medicine and Biomedicine

The role Publishing Assistant for open access medicine and biomedicine journals at Springer Nature, based in Beijing or London on a hybrid model, permanent full-time. What you will do

• Maintain journal records, agreements, internal systems, and process payments.
• Prepare materials for reports, conferences, and board meetings; provide administrative support.
• Handle enquiries from internal teams and external editors and authors.
• Assist with editor recruitment, journal metrics reporting, ethics cases, and commissioning tracking.
