Position Overview
As part of the Ariston Brand & Communication team, you will provide operational and administrative support across key brand and communication activities. The role will contribute to the day-to-day effectiveness of the department, supporting the Brand Management & Communication teams with the annual content plan, product launches, and the development and implementation of the new brand narrative, with a particular focus on the Ariston brand.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the team’s administrative activities, including POs, documentation, and internal processes.
Support the Brand Product Specialists in day-to-day operational activities and in the development of product launch packages for the markets.
Support the preparation of Content Plan Packages, contributing to the organization and delivery of the required content and materials.
Support brand management activities for Other Ariston Brands, including simplified product launches, guidelines, and related documentation.
Support the Communication Brand Manager in the development and implementation of the new brand narrative, with a particular focus on the Ariston brand.
Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
Good command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
