Legal internship – Corporate department

Linklaters is looking for an outstanding Italian law student in his/her final years of university for a four-month internship in the Corporate department of the Milan office from November 2026. A very good knowledge of English , both spoken and written, is essential together with excellent interpersonal, organisational and planning skills. Key responsibilities will include: research supporting due diligence processes and data room entry assisting in the preparation of memos and document review The student will take part in all of our professional activities and gain a good sense of our culture.
