Credit & Client Advisor (m/f) - ref. 1128

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. This role combines client interaction with financial analysis, offering the opportunity to support customers in identifying suitable solutions while ensuring accurate assessment of their financial capacity and risk profile. Excellent knowledge of Italian and German minimum C1 level, both written and spoken, is required. Candidates who do not meet these language requirements will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: Managing customer interactions via phone and email Actively listening to client needs and supporting the identification of suitable solutions Analyzing financial documentation, including salary slips and financial statements Conducting preliminary assessments of credit risk and clients’ financial capacity Collaborating with the team on case processing and monitoring Maintaining and updating data in internal systems Excellent knowledge of at least three of the following languages : Italian, German (C1) , French, and English. Candidates without the required language qualifications will not be considered Commercial training or equivalent qualification Strong communication skills and active listening abilities Interest in and ability to analyze financial data (salary slips, financial statements, economic documentation) Analytical mindset and accuracy in risk assessment Team spirit, reliability, and sense of responsibility Good IT skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets Resident in Ticino or willing to relocate Ideal Profile: Young, curious individual with a strong willingness to learn Professional and customer-oriented approach Ability to work in a structured and organized manner — Published by Cornèr Bank.
