Kildare .   This best-in-class facility will be Ireland’s second-largest brewing operation and a powerhouse of sustainability, running entirely on renewable energy.   It’s   where iconic beers like   Rockshore , Harp, Smithwick’s, and Kilkenny   are   crafted for a new generation.     About the Role    We are seeking an Engineering Maintenance   Planner to   ensure   high standards   of maintenance and asset care across our brewery, utilities, and water treatment facilities. Working in a semi-autonomous environment,   you’ll   play a key role in end-to-end maintenance planning and execution, managing SAP processes and driving reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across site operations.   Key Responsibilities:   Plan and schedule maintenance activities, coordinating   labour , materials, and resources effectively   Manage SAP processes, including maintenance plans, materials setup, and system updates (BOMs, equipment, functional locations)   Monitor and report on KPIs such as equipment reliability and efficiency, driving continuous improvement   Control maintenance costs and   optimize   spare parts inventory levels   Coordinate maintenance shutdowns and lead integration between operations and maintenance teams   Support root cause analysis and contribute to performance improvements and risk reduction   Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including contractor supervision     About you     You’ll   be a proactive and organised Maintenance Planner with a strong technical background and a passion for driving performance and reliability.   You’ll   be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with the ability to prioritise effectively and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.     What   You’ll   Bring:   Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks   Good understanding of preventative and reliability-centred maintenance techniques   Knowledge of asset performance, maintenance strategy, and root cause problem solving   Experience using SAP-PM for planning, scheduling, and maintenance execution   Basic financial awareness, including maintenance costs and budgeting principles   FMCG experience is   advantageous   but not essential     Working with us   Flexibility is key to our success.
