Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Define reference architecture for commercial data and AI products aligned with enterprise standards
Architect integration between data platforms and AI tools for omnichannel engagement and analytics
Design scalable, modular solutions supporting multiple markets, brands, and data domains
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to guide solution delivery
Enable full lifecycle of data and AI within secure, compliant environments
Ensure architectural compliance with GxP, data privacy, and consent management standards
Recommend modern technologies to enhance personalization, targeting, and performance analytics
Essential Requirements
Proven ability to lead cross-functional architecture efforts across business, data, and technology teams
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and privacy regulations in pharmaceutical commercial settings
Experience with commercial pharma data ecosystems such as IQVIA, Veeva, and Symphony
Familiarity with customer data platforms, identity resolution, and marketing automation tools
Expertise in integrating solutions across Martech, CRM, and omnichannel systems
Deep knowledge of AI/ML architectures supporting commercial use cases like recommendation engines and predictive analytics
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field
10+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, preferably in pharmaceutical commercial functions
