Your academic foundation:​ You have graduated with an outstanding Master's degree or Diploma and have set relevant academic priorities. Perhaps you already bring an MBA, PhD, or initial work experience. Your passion for future trends & problem-solving:​ You burn for technical details and enjoy finding creative solutions to complex challenges. You have the courage to explore new paths and take calculated risks along the way. Your eye for the bigger picture:​ You want to understand how commercial and technical areas interact within a global enterprise—and how you can create real entrepreneurial value with your ideas. Your understanding of human-centric leadership:​ For you, leadership means continuously developing yourself and others.
