About the role
Do you want to turn your ideas into useful and meaningful technologies? Whether in Mobility Solutions, Consumer Goods, Industrial Technology or Energy and Building Technology - with us you will improve the quality of life for people all over the world. Welcome to Bosch.
Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!
Shape the production of the future with us! We are looking for master’s graduates with a drive to make a difference, who will digitalize our global plants and optimize manufacturing processes in our Junior Managers Program. Do you love technology, think in processes, and want to elevate our production to the next level? Then we want to hear from you.
Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey, you will become part of the transformation of our manufacturing—not as a spectator, but as a creator. You will rotate through various areas of manufacturing, digitalization, and automation—in Germany and worldwide—and dive deep into topics such as Industry 4.0, automation, and smart production. Your mission: make the factory of the future a reality.
You won't just work on projects—you will drive them forward. Together with experienced executives, you will bring ideas to life, test new approaches, and directly see the impact of your work on the production floor.
What you will learn and develop with us:
You will learn how modern manufacturing truly works—and how digitalization, data, and technology are completely transforming it.
You will actively shape the production of tomorrow: from Industry 4.0 projects to digital solutions for real-world manufacturing processes—making a genuine impact.
You will work with interdisciplinary teams, modern technologies, and agile methodologies—and develop purposefully toward leadership alongside your personal mentor.
Your academic foundation:
You have graduated with an outstanding (full-time) Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Topics such as lean production, automation, digitalization, or AI genuinely excite you. Perhaps you already bring initial work experience or a PhD.
Your passion for production & technology:
You burn for manufacturing. For real processes. For visible results. You don't just want to understand how things work—you want to make them better.
Your eye for the bigger picture:
You don't just think in isolated projects; you want to understand how everything connects—and how you can make a real difference in a global enterprise.
Your understanding of human-centric leadership:
For you, people are the key. You inspire others, approach people openly, and believe that strong teams can achieve great things.
You think strategically and shape the future:
You challenge the status quo, bring in your own ideas, and have the drive to actually implement them. You already bring initial practical experience—for example, through internships.
Your continuous development:
You want to grow—both professionally and personally. You are curious, learn quickly, and tackle challenges proactively.
Your language proficiency:
You communicate fluently in both English and German (negotiation level). You have already gained at least three months of international experience.
