During your assignment, you will support the global sales distribution management team.
You will help the sales team in all tasks related to administrative activities.
Preparing appointments for meetings, conferences and global events as well as preparing management presentations in alignment with Country Units are part of your tasks.
In addition, you will communicate with customers and employees by e-mail, post or telephone.
Last but not least, you will organize and coordinate a global partner conference and support sales partners with marketing activities.
Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics or comparable
Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office; knowledge of human nature
Personality and Working Practice: you are resilient, flexible and able to multi-task; you have a precise and analytical way of working with an eye for detail and excellent work organization as well as good time management skills
Languages: fluent in English and German
