During your internship, you will support the coordination and tracking of a global relocation project involving multiple manufacturing plants and business functions. As part of your responsibilities, you will create, maintain, and continuously improve project roadmaps, timelines, and status overviews. To provide transparency for stakeholders, you will develop structured reporting and monitoring tools. Driving the automation and digitalization of project dashboards and reporting processes, you will leverage Excel and other collaboration tools. Furthermore, you will facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, manufacturing plants, logistics, quality, sales, and engineering functions. Supporting the identification, documentation, and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and transparency, you will help increase efficiency and transparency. You will prepare management presentations, project updates, and meeting materials. Finally, you will follow up on action items, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment across the global project team. Education:  studies in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Supply Chain Management or comparable Experience and Knowledge:  advanced Excel skills; knowledge of automation, data analysis, Power Query, VBA, Power BI, and similar tools as an advantage Personality and Working Practice:  you are a proactive team player who combines a structured and analytical approach with strong organizational skills, effectively manages multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, and collaborates confidently with international and cross-functional teams Work Routine:  your on-site presence is required Enthusiasm:  passion for process optimization and continuous improvement Languages:  good in English and German — Published by Bosch.
