Project Manager (m/f/d) - Facilities Management We're looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead high-value construction projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams, driving strategic initiatives while mentoring colleagues and making a real impact on landmark projects. What You'll Do Lead Strategic Projects Partner with senior leadership to develop construction strategies Manage diverse project portfolios and coordinate cross-functional teams Bring fresh ideas to project delivery and establish best practices Manage Finances & Value Oversee project budgets from €500K to €10M Find smart ways to optimize costs and drive value Build compelling business cases for major investments Deliver Excellence Guide complex construction schedules through all phases Ensure quality, compliance, and technical excellence Continuously improve how we deliver projects Build Strong Relationships Be the trusted go-to person for key client initiatives Lead contractor selection and evaluation processes Keep leadership informed with clear, strategic updates Develop Your Team Mentor and support junior project managers Lead change initiatives that make a difference Share knowledge and establish project standards What You'll Bring Experience & Qualifications 7-10 years in project management, with 3+ years in senior roles Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or similar Track record managing projects worth €2-5M or more Fluency in English and German Skills That Set You Apart Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities Strong financial and commercial acumen Natural communicator who builds relationships easily Experience mentoring and developing others Nice to Have PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification Experience working with C-level stakeholders What Makes You Successful Confident decision-maker who stays calm under pressure Collaborative team player with a positive attitude Highly organized with excellent juggling skills Creative thinker who brings energy and enthusiasm Why Join Us?
