Your tasks
Prepare and support performance reporting and analyses for Energy Performance Meetings, including templates, presentations and supporting documentation.
Collaborate closely with Energy country finance teams, acting as a central point of coordination during performance reporting cycles.
Support the preparation and consolidation of performance insights, including identification of deviations, trends and key topics for management attention. (upgrade vs. pure “slides” work)
Perform data validation, quality checks and consistency analyses across different reporting sources and systems.
Support performance tracking and KPI monitoring, contributing to transparency on business performance and identification of improvement areas.
Contribute to GHG emissions reporting and analysis, including data collection, calculation, validation and preparation of related presentations.
Support planning and reporting activities during MTP and other planning processes by preparing data and analyses.
Maintain and improve data management structures (e.g. Teams channels, file systems), ensuring efficient and structured information flow.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Administration or equivalent
Relevant professional experience: >5 years
Very good understanding of performance management, reporting and financial KPIs
Strong analytical skills with ability to structure, validate and synthesize data
Experience in data analysis, visualization and reporting preparation
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with dashboarding tools is an advantage
Knowledge of finance systems (e.g. TM1, Plan2Value)
Structured, detail-oriented working style with focus on data quality and consistency
Ability to work independently within defined processes and collaborate across teams
Strong communication skills and team player in an international environment
Fluency in English (C1)
