You will belong to a team who has its roots in Nolimit City (part of Evolution). Nolimit  has derived from hands on work at some of the most successful gambling software providers and operators over the last 15 years. This is a challenging and exciting role where you will be part of a team dedicated to creating solutions that redefine our industry. By working in small, highly collaborative teams, you and your team will have clear ownership of one of our most important new initiatives at Evolution.  We're building cutting-edge gaming products that redefine how players experience online entertainment. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Frontend Developer with a strong UX/UI focus, or a UX/UI Designer with frontend development chops, to join one of our expanding engineering teams. You'll play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and interactivity of products that reach a global audience—contributing not only to how things work but also how they feel. At Evolution, design and development are not siloed; you'll be an essential part of product decisions from day one, working in highly collaborative, autonomous teams. What You'll Do Design and build intuitive, responsive, and beautiful interfaces with React (Next.js) and TypeScript. Bring UX and UI designs to life—from wireframes to pixel-perfect implementation. Collaborate closely with product owners and engineers to craft seamless user experiences. Own the frontend from concept to production, including performance optimization, accessibility, and maintainability. Contribute to our design system and help shape a consistent visual language across products. Continuously experiment, iterate, and improve based on real user feedback and data. Be part of a team that values learning through iteration, experimentation, and shared responsibility. You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have solid experience with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS techniques. Possess a keen eye for design details, and care deeply about creating delightful user experiences. Enjoy bridging the gap between design and development. Are comfortable building advanced components. Believe in clean, maintainable code and smooth user flows. Have good communication skills in English and love working in a collaborative environment. Bonus Points Experience with Next.js, Redux Toolkit, or Headless CMSs like Strapi. Understanding of accessibility and web performance best practices. Familiarity with UI/UX testing tools or user research methods. An interest in gaming or digital entertainment interfaces.
