You will work hand-in-hand with the Brands Ads team to support the team in executing operational tasks and setting up new processes for analysis and data cleaning goals. THE JOURNEY You will work hand in hand with the Ads team in defining and implementing a process of data cleaning and optimization Define the strategy, identifying opportunities of improvement and implementing them. Provide insights and updates to the team, proactive support and help on best practices Be responsible for offering an amazing shopping experience by categorizing & sorting the assortment based on user needs. Mandatory documentation: DID (Dichiarazione di Immediata Disponibilità). Must be obtained at least 1 month before the start date, can be obtained by downloading it on MyAnpal if they have Government Digital Identity (SPID). Previous short experience (internship or temporary - 0-1 years) in analytical or commercial roles. Strong analytical skills, willing to support the team in day-by-day and ad hoc analysis to help the team visualize brands performance and areas for improvement. You’re organized and able to assist the team in internal projects to ensure maximum efficiency. Comfortable working in a fast-changing, high-growth, and high-performance start-up with a fast pace You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented with a hands-on spirit An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude across the business and the industry Fluent in English.
