Delete your InTransparency account
One account works in InTalent, InRecruiting, InCampus and on in-transparency.com, so deleting it in any of them deletes it everywhere. It cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open InTalent, InRecruiting or InCampus and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type the confirmation phrase shown on screen and, if your account has a password, enter it. Then confirm.
On the website
- Sign in at in-transparency.com.
- Open Settings from your dashboard.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
If you can no longer sign in
Write to info@in-transparency.com from the email address of the account and ask for it to be deleted. We confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, profile photo and CV
- Your projects and every file you uploaded
- The skills read from your work, your self-discovery results, saved items and the companies and schools you follow
- Your job applications and the messages you sent
- Notifications, and the explanations of matches made about you
- Your sign-in connections: Google or Apple sign-in is disconnected, and the authorisation given to Apple is revoked
What is kept
- Records a university, school or company has to keep about an internship you took part in — evaluations, logged hours, documents — and messages in conversations handled by a placement office. They stay with that organisation, with your name removed.
- An endorsement a professor wrote stays with the professor, no longer linked to you.
- If you created a company or school workspace, it stays for the rest of its team, without you as its owner.
- Billing records, which Italian tax law requires us to keep for 10 years.
- A security log entry recording that the account, identified by its email address, was deleted. It is kept for 24 months.
When
Deleting from the app or the website takes effect immediately. Copies in our database backups are gone within 7 days. More detail on retention is on the data processing details.
