About the role
At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.
The Team
The Internal Communications team works behind the scenes to keep employees around the world informed about our business, inspired about the future, and connected with Netflix’s mission—to entertain the world. We work closely with senior leadership to bring the company strategy and culture to life in transparent and engaging ways. From producing global town halls and shaping leadership meetings to fresh, creative experiences that bring employees along, this team has a front-row seat to what’s happening across the business—and helps ensure everyone else gets a clear view, too.
We’re a fast-moving, collaborative group that takes the work seriously, but not ourselves. We love what we do and genuinely enjoy working together—whether that’s solving big comms challenges, obsessing over the details that matter (we love a serial comma debate), or jamming on out-of-the-box solutions.
