Thales offers solutions to protect the information systems and critical data of its civilian and military customers and helps its customers to detect and prevent cyberattacks by devising secure architectures from the design stage, overseeing these architectures and ensures that they are kept in secure working order. Italy is Thales Group’s competence centre for Airport security and operations management solutions. Il Capo Officina è responsabile della supervisione delle attività di installazione, verifica, implementazione e assemblaggio di sistemi veicolari militari su mezzi ad alta complessità, garantendo il rispetto degli standard di qualità, sicurezza e tempistiche. Il ruolo include la gestione del team di installazione, la pianificazione delle attività ed il coordinamento con altre funzioni aziendali (ingegneria, logistica e qualità). RESPONSABILITA' PRINCIPALI 1- Gestione Operativa dell' Officina Supervisionare le attività di assemblaggio, installazione ed integrazione di sistemi veicolari militari (es. veicoli corazzati, blindati, sistemi di comunicazione, armamenti e sensoristica). Assicurare il rispetto delle specifiche tecniche, dei piani di lavoro e delle procedure di sicurezza. Pianificare e ottimizzare l'utilizzo delle risorse (attrezzature, personale, materiali) per massimizzare l'efficenza produttiva. Monitorare i tempi di consegna e segnalare eventuali ritardi o criticità alla direzione. 2 - Controllo Qualità e Conformità Verificare la corretta installazione dei sistemi secondo i requisiti del cliente (es.specifiche militari, normative NATO e standard Thales) Eseguire o supervisionare test funzionali, collaudi e validazioni. Garantire la tracciabilità dei componenti e dei processi (documentazione tecnica, registri di collaudo, report di non conformità). Collaborare con il team di Qualità per l'implementazione di azioni correttive. 3 - Leadership e Sviluppo del Team Guidare un gruppo di tecnici specializzati e assicurare la loro formazione su tecnologie o procedure. Valutare la performance del gruppo. 4- Coordinamento Interfunzionale Collaborazione con Ingegneria, Acquisiti e Logistica Relazione con il Cliente (come Forze Armate o Enti Governativi) per aggiornamenti periodici sull'avanzamento dei lavori e chiarimenti.
