You will learn from experienced professionals, work with international systems, and develop skills that are highly valued in today's job market.   As a Collection Intern, you will join the South Market Collections Team supporting customers across France, Spain, and Portugal . Working alongside experienced Collection Specialists, you will gain hands-on exposure to Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, customer account management, and collection activities in an international business environment.   Our internship is 3 months long , part-time (20 hours per week) , and offers a salary of 30 PLN gross per hour .   What you will do   As a Collection Intern, you will support the team in managing customer accounts and selected parts of the collection process. From day one, you will have the opportunity to learn how global finance operations work while contributing to daily business activities.   In detail, you will:   Support Collection Specialists with day-to-day operational tasks   Work with customer portals and upload required documents to client systems   Update and maintain customer data in internal systems   Attach proof of delivery and other supporting documentation   Monitor customer accounts and assist with overdue account follow-up   Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and support the collection process   Assist with payment investigation, account maintenance, and transaction clearing activities   Participate in resolving payment discrepancies and unidentified payments   Maintain accurate customer records and collection notes   Support reporting and other administrative activities within the team   Gradually take on more independent and complex responsibilities as your knowledge and confidence grow   Qualifications & Requirements   University degree in progress or recently completed, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field   Very good command of English   Knowledge of French, Spanish, or Portuguese will be considered a strong asset   Good MS Office skills, especially Excel   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills   Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy   Proactive attitude and willingness to learn   Strong interpersonal and communication skills   Ability to work effectively in a team environment   Availability to work 20 hours per week   Who you are   Analytical – you enjoy understanding the root causes behind issues   Detail-oriented – you believe that small details make a big difference   Proactive – you look beyond assigned tasks and think ahead   Communicative – you build positive relationships and enjoy working with others   Curious and eager to learn – you are motivated to develop your professional skills in an international environment   Where you will be   You will be based in our modern office in Kraków, working in a hybrid model with approximately 8 0% office presence .   Our Global Shared Service Center provides services for Electrolux Group companies worldwide.
