Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation – EMEA COE Job Description Summary
The Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation – EMEA COE supports the execution of global Finance Transformation initiatives, with a focus on global process optimization for R2R, P2P and O2C Finance processes in EMEA region and e-invoicing program delivery, process improvement, and system support across EMEA.
This role partners with regional Finance, Tax, and Technology teams, as well as global Finance Transformation leadership, to support country-level implementations, testing, and operational readiness activities. The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accurate execution, strong coordination, and timely delivery of transformation milestones.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for supporting project delivery, data validation, system testing, and ongoing process improvements across Finance workflows. Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of global e-invoicing initiatives across EMEA , including country-specific implementation tasks and deliverables
Assist in process improvement and transformation activities through automation, standardization, and process simplification
Partner with Finance, Tax, and Technology teams to gather requirements, document processes, and identify gaps
Support project lifecycle activities , including requirements gathering, project planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment coordination
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue tracking to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information
Track project milestones, risks, and issues, and provide regular status updates to project leads
Support system configuration, troubleshooting, and coordination with technology teams (e.g., Workday, external e-invoicing platforms)
Assist with preparation of project metrics, reporting, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
3–6 years of experience in Finance, Financial Systems, or Transformation
Experience supporting projects, system implementations, or process improvement initiatives
Technical & Professional Skills
Basic understanding of Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C exposure a plus)
Experience with ERP or Finance systems (Workday or similar preferred)
Strong data analysis and attention to detail
Project coordination and organizational skills
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
Familiarity with accounting principles and internal controls (SOX exposure a plus)
