If you are passionate about innovation, continuous improvement and delivering operational impact at scale, this is an exciting opportunity to help redefine the future of clinical trial oversight.   Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of innovative, data-driven monitoring strategies across global clinical development programmes. Drive the adoption of adaptive monitoring approaches aligned with risk-based quality management principles. Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance trial oversight, quality and operational effectiveness. Shape and improve monitoring processes, tools, standards and governance frameworks. Lead change and transformation initiatives that advance monitoring excellence across the organisation. Champion innovation through analytics, technology enablement and continuous improvement programmes. Monitor performance metrics and compliance outcomes, driving sustainable enhancements and best practices. Essential Requirements Degree in life sciences, business, operations or a related discipline. Strong experience delivering innovative approaches within clinical trials and clinical operations environments. Deep understanding of clinical trial oversight, monitoring practices and regulatory expectations. Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders globally. Experience using data, analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement and decision-making. Excellent communication, collaboration and change leadership skills within matrix organisations.
