Regional Operations Manager (They/She/He)

As a Regional Operations Manager , you will be responsible for the operational metrics and supply status of all cities in Poland, reporting to the Head of Operations. The couriers are a key player in Glovo’s marketplace, and you will need to ensure the long-term sustainability of the fleet, as well as its daily performance. THE JOURNEY Analyze daily and weekly operational metrics with a macro view for the long-term success of all cities in the country Develop country and city level UX strategies and execution plans, ensuring they are delivered by the team Optimise the courier earnings structure in 100+ cities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Ensure Glovo is the number one app of choice among couriers Lead country wide projects to increase efficiency, reduce delivery time, keep under control costs and improve quality Coordinate cross department projects between operations and other teams (commercial, q-commerce) Understand, deep-dive and have complete awareness of the country’s supply situation at all times Get to know the fleet of the region, be hands-on and active part of the courier support initiatives Define and execute high-impact engagement and retention projects Make data-driven decisions to identify best practices and improve regional performance. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations and drive actions 5+ years of experience in high demanding positions (operations, consulting, investment banking, etc.).  Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills Experience managing high-performing teams Strong organizational skills and delegation, ability to prioritize and multitask, work well under pressure, and handle multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
