Il/la candidato/a si occuperà della gestione delle attività legali all'interno dell'azienda, con particolare attenzione alle normative rilevanti per il gruppo. Responsabilità principali Predisposizione della documentazione societaria (stesura di procure, verbali di CdA e Assemblea, gestione delle convocazioni etc) e gestione dei libri sociali per le società italiane del gruppo; gestione dei rapporti con gli studi esterni per la presentazione delle relative pratiche di deposito connesse; Per conto delle società italiane del Gruppo, apertura e successiva gestione dei sinistri/claims assicurativi, in coordinamento con il broker di Gruppo; Supporto alle società italiane del Gruppo nella contrattualistica di base; Supporto alle società operative incluse in specifiche divisioni di business in attività quotidiane e afferenti a tematiche legali e di compliance; Gestione dei rapporti con l’ufficio Legale di Gruppo e altre Funzioni di interesse, aggiornamento e gestione database di Gruppo per ambito legale/societario, predisposizione delle richieste autorizzative di Gruppo, secondo la policy applicabile. Capacità di affrontare e risolvere problemi, anche in coordinamento con le risorse senior del team,, dimostrando iniziativa e proattività Laurea in Giurisprudenza e (l’abilitazione all’esercizio della professione forense sarà valutato come plus) Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata) Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli simili in contesti aziendali (come plus) o in Studi Legali — Published by Eurofins.
