Graphics CoE Packaging Associate Technologist

Permanent associate-level role in the Global Packaging team in Parma. Manages the design-to-print process for packaging projects, balancing quality, environmental responsibility and efficiency: developing new graphics, ensuring food safety compliance, supporting vendors, managing artwork approval workflows and driving packaging innovation initiatives. Minimum gross annual base salary: EUR 36,000, with potentially higher offers plus variable compensation and benefits.

Master's degree in Packaging Technology, Packaging Engineering, Food Technology or related field; 2-3 years experience in packaging, graphic agencies, repro-houses or printer graphic offices; project management experience preferred; fluent English and Italian; willingness to travel globally 10-15%.
