Ogni sistema decisionale automatizzato utilizzato su InTransparency è documentato qui. Gli studenti hanno diritto a capire come è stato prodotto qualsiasi match o previsione che li riguardi, a richiedere revisione umana, e a contestare l'esito.
Classificazione: Ai sensi del Regolamento UE AI Act 2024/1689, Allegato III §4, i sistemi che valutano candidati per l'occupazione sono classificati ad alto rischio. I sistemi di matching di InTransparency implementano tutte le salvaguardie richieste: trasparenza, supervisione umana, tracciabilità, governance dei dati e diritto alla spiegazione.

Scopo
Rank students for a given role based on verified skills, projects, stages, and academic performance.
Destinatari: Recruiters searching for candidates; subjects have right-to-explanation access.

Every match can be reviewed by a university administrator who can flag, confirm, or override the decision. Reviews are persisted and reportable.

Test di bias
Monthly cohort parity tests: match-score distributions checked across gender (when self-declared), universities, and degree types. Differences >5% trigger review.

Estimate a student's probability of securing a job offer within 6 months post-graduation.
Destinatari: Student and their university career service only. Never shown to recruiters.

Counterfactual tests run on each model revision: does prediction change when protected attributes are swapped? Target drift <2%.
