How does the Pro trial work?
7 days of Pro with no card required. After it expires you automatically return to Core — students and data remain, nothing gets deleted.
Can I downgrade at any time?
Yes. Pro is monthly or annual, cancel from the panel with no exit fees. Pro features deactivate at the end of the already-billed period.
How does billing work?
Italian electronic invoice (SDI) or international invoice for EU partners. Payment via card or bank transfer — for bank transfer contact us. VAT is shown separately.
What happens to student data if I don't renew?
Registered students remain on the platform with their personal account — InTransparency is their portable identity. The organization loses Pro features but doesn't lose operational data (agreements, logs).
Do prices include VAT?
No, prices are VAT excluded. Organizations with documented VAT exemption pay the taxable amount.
Are AI features unlimited on Pro?
Free Core includes 50 AI credits per month, Pro includes 5,000 shared across all your staff. The same pool powers matching, partnership suggestions, and reporting drafts. Top-up packs start at €5 for 200 credits.
