Sobre el puesto
Who we are:
We are a rapidly growing pan-European digital wealth manager, serving over 170,000 active investors with more than £7.5 billion invested on our platform. We began in Milan in 2011 with the purpose to help more people improve their financial well-being by making personal investing simple and accessible through technology. Fast forward to today, and we are recognised as one of the most innovative fintechs, headquartered in the heart of London.
With a team of 220+ people across 4 offices in Italy and the UK, we are proudly backed and funded by major partners including Poste Italiane, Cabot Square Capital, United Ventures, and Allianz.
Our vision
Our vision is to combine passion, expertise, and technology to provide best-in-class investment solutions and advice that protects and grows client wealth over time.
Our Core Values:
We’ve built our business on three Principles:
Relationships are our first asset: We’re one team, built on trust, honesty, and transparency. We value our relationships above all else.
Trust drives success: We give each other the space to grow. We empower our employees to succeed, so they can make a real impact.
Our customers dream big, just like us: We see the bigger picture and we make sure our customers see it, too. We’re always focused on the best outcomes for our clients and for each other, no matter what the goal, or how big the dream
What this means in practice:
At Moneyfarm, our success comes from the impact each of us makes. We move with purpose, urgency, and ambition, focused on delivering outcomes that matter for our clients and our business. Everyone is empowered to take ownership, challenge the status quo, and turn bold ideas into results. As we evolve, we embrace AI as a catalyst for sharper thinking, smarter decisions, and even greater impact.
Our diversity makes this possible. Different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences fuel our creativity and drive better decisions — it’s our competitive edge. We value people for who they are and their unique strengths: that's why we offer flexible ways of working to support them in doing their best work.
Candidates who belong to 'Categoria protetta' (Legge 68/99) are more than welcome!
About the role
Moneyfarm is organised into Bubbles: cross-functional teams that bring Product, Tech, Commercial and other disciplines together around a shared set of KPIs. This role sits in the Partners Bubble, which grows Moneyfarm's B2B2C business by delivering our platform, investment products and services through institutional partners.
You'll be the Product Manager for a strategic programme with one of our largest Italian institutional partners. You'll own the product backlog for this programme. You'll run discovery and delivery with Moneyfarm's engineering, operations, compliance, finance and investment teams, and act as the day-to-day product counterpart to the partner's operations and IT teams.
You'll have a dual reporting line, in line with our Bubble model:
Partners DRI: the "what" (outcomes, priorities, roadmap trade-offs). The DRI also owns the senior partner relationship.
Head of Product: the "how" (craft, ways of working, career progression against our Product Management career ladder).
Main responsibilities:
Product expertise
Run discovery independently across the operational capabilities in scope, such as money movement, billing, client and regulatory reporting, and data management.
Turn business, contractual and regulatory requirements into clear specifications and user stories.
Understand the regulatory context (CONSOB, Bank of Italy, MiFID, AML) well enough to spot risk early and take it to Compliance and Legal.
Define and track success metrics for what you ship, linked to Partners Bubble goals.
Get stuff done
Own and prioritise the programme backlog against the Bubble's Now/Next/Later roadmap.
Coordinate delivery across workstreams and manage dependencies and risks, including dependencies on other platform programmes.
Bring requirements together from the partner and from Moneyfarm's internal teams, and keep everyone clear on scope, timelines and trade-offs.
Act as Product Owner in Agile ceremonies.
Impact and vision
Connect your roadmap to Partners Bubble goals, and challenge scope with data where it doesn't earn its place.
Contribute product input to platform decisions, including data segregation and access, and make sure what we build can be reused for future B2B partners.
Communication and leadership
Keep internal teams and partner stakeholders aligned without escalation. Run working sessions and workshops in Italian, and prepare clear product updates for the Partners SteerCo.
Support the Partners DRI with product input on scope, feasibility and delivery timelines in partner and commercial discussions.
Give and receive feedback constructively, and help onboard newer team members.
AI-first
Use AI every day to speed up research, specification writing, analysis and stakeholder communication, and help the team ship faster without losing rigour.
Requirements
5+ years of direct product management experience, ideally in financial services, wealth management or fintech.
Experience delivering products or platform changes that involve an external partner or institutional client.
Comfort with operational and back-office domains such as custody, client money, fees, tax or regulatory reporting, not only customer-facing features.
The ability to turn complex business and regulatory requirements into specifications engineers can build from.
Working knowledge of regulated Italian financial services: CONSOB, Bank of Italy, MiFID, KYC/AML.
Strong collaboration with engineering and design, and the ability to influence without formal authority.
Fluent Italian, written and spoken, which is essential for day-to-day work with the partner. Good written and spoken English.
A bias for AI-first ways of working.
A data-driven approach to decisions, and clear written communication.
Nice to have
Exposure to asset management operations or outsourcing arrangements.
Experience of a platform or custodian migration.
Experience working on the boundary between a technology provider and a bank or other financial institution.
A scaleup or startup background.
Level & Compensation:
in line with our career ladder, we will apply CCNL Credito with a estimated base salary (RAL) for this role ranges from €60.000 to € 80.000 gross per year plus bonus, commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills.
Benefits
Competitive salary package with discretionary bonus.
Private healthcare insurance.
Meal vouchers (Ticket Restaurant) of €7.
Zero-fee investments on the Moneyfarm platform for all employees.
A vibrant, supportive and international workplace culture.
