RWE Offshore Wind GmbH To start as soon as possible, part time, fixed term   As a Working Student in Contract Management, you will support a  Contract Management with the commercial and contractual management of a package during the construction phase of an offshore wind project. You will gain practical insights into complex international projects and collaborate with various internal functions and external suppliers.    About the role   Support the maintenance, organisation and filing of contracts, correspondence, variation orders and other commercial documentation  Assist with the preparation and follow-up of variation orders, contract amendments, payment applications and claims  Support the preparation, documentation and follow-up of internal and external meetings  Contribute to commercial analyses, report analyses, presentations and regular reports for project management  Maintain data in the relevant systems and help ensure that contractual documentation is complete, accurate and traceable  Take responsibility for smaller work packages and support the team with ad-hoc requests arising during the project    Job requirements and experience   Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business law, business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a comparable subject Interest in data analysis, contract management, procurement, and renewable energy Careful, reliable, and well-structured approach to work, including when handling extensive documentation and data Strong analytical skills with the ability to present information clearly and understandably Enjoyment of working in an international team and confidence communicating in English Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Initiative, willingness to learn, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach   Advantageous, but not essential   Initial practical experience gained through an internship or another working-student position  Data analyses    Your benefits   You will gain practical insights into contract management within an international offshore wind project You will work closely with experienced colleagues from Contract Management, Procurement, Package Manager and other project functions  Flexible working hours will help you combine the role with your studies  You will take on meaningful tasks and benefit from working in an international environment    From here, you benefit from many further advantages – Curious?
