What you’ll be doing: Operating and monitoring packaging machinery, carrying out smooth changeovers and supporting day-to-day line performance Championing a strong health and safety culture, ensuring standards are always met and exceeded Taking ownership of key operational benchmarks, contributing to team success and continuous improvement Supporting quality control processes to ensure every product meets our high standards Assisting with basic maintenance activities and problem-solving to keep production flowing seamlessly Recording accurate data through business systems to track performance and find opportunities Collaborating closely with colleagues across shifts to maintain consistency and share standard procedures Building capability across multiple machines to enable flexibility and “flow to work” across the line You will be assigned to one of the following shift patterns equating to a 29 hour week: Fixed Weekend Shift Pattern Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Flexible Weekend Shift Pattern Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Sunday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (with flexibility to extend to 7:00 PM) This is your chance to bring your spark, grow your skills, and be part of something bigger - where every shift you work helps deliver quality experiences enjoyed around the world.
