The Analyst, Benefits is responsible for accurate and timely benefits tracking, processing, employee support, and coordination with internal teams and external benefit vendors. This role assists with benefits communications, enrollment activities, reporting, and leave administration while ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Reports to: Director, Benefits Support the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, including 401(k), defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans, health, life, and voluntary insurance plans. Assist with the annual open enrollment process, including preparing communications materials, coordinating information sessions and enrollment support, and processing enrollment changes within the HRIS and with benefit vendors. Provide employees with general information and guidance regarding benefit programs, enrollment processes, leave programs, and related policies. Assist employees with benefit enrollment questions and help resolve routine issues by coordinating with internal teams and external benefit vendors. Support the administration and communication of wellness programs and employee perks, including coordinating materials, tracking participation, and assisting with program-related activities. Assist with employee communications related to benefits, wellness programs, and other total rewards initiatives. Research and help resolve employee benefit issues and inquiries, escalating complex or sensitive matters to the Director, Benefits or appropriate vendor contacts as needed. Assist with the administration and tracking of FMLA, paid parental leave, and other employee leave programs, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up. Maintain accurate benefits records, employee data, and documentation within HR systems and applicable vendor platforms. Assist with benefits-related reporting, audits, reconciliations, and data analysis to support accurate program administration. Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external benefit vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing of benefits-related transactions. Perform other duties as required or assigned. Compensation Range: $30 - $35 Hourly QUALIFICATIONS •2 + years of related experience  •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel •Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills •Excellent communication, motivation, and team-building skills •Extensive understanding of federal and state employee benefit regulations, (e.g. ERISA, HIPAA, etc.) •Experience with Ceridian|Dayforce software is preferred •Able to act with discretion in managing confidential information — Published by Eataly.
