Senior Expert Performance

Your tasks Responsible to set up and maintain the KPI dashboard, as referring to target, actual and forecast figures. Proposes performance improvement measures, upon liaison with the Value Centers Responsible for annual set-up and maintenance of  L1, L2 and specific L3 KPIs dashboard and establishing links between dashboard and slidepack creation for Performance Management presentations Participates in maintaining of KPI definitions and standards used within E&P and offers support for the process of implementing new KPIs/KPI changes in dashboard Participates in performance improvement initiatives with impact on OMV Petrom’s financial results upon liaison with the concerned Value Centers Responsible for the timely development, compilation and issuing of reports related to Value Centers activity Uses analytical capabilities in automation initiatives, being part of intradepartamental project teams that seek process automatization and digitalization Liaises with E&P Value Centers with respect to cross-departmental issues Your profile Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Economics, industrial engineering or similar Relevant professional experience: > 7 years Good communication skills, client oriented attitude with intuitive mind setup Cooperative style of working balancing assertiveness and ability to achieve a common basis Knowledge and ability to facilitate meetings, conduct effective briefings and presentations Able to coordinate and to align with different stakeholders; ability to develop and sustain relationships with individuals at all levels in an organization (both internal and external), including the ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders Excellent computer skills and business fluent English — Published by OMV Group.
