Your Job As HSE Manager , you will drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the site. Ensure HSE systems alignment with ISO 45001 & 14001 and full regulatory compliance Identify and mitigate risks across operations, supporting safe implementation of new projects Monitor HSE performance and ensure corrective actions are effectively closed Lead incident investigations and promote a strong learning culture Partner with leadership to embed safety into daily decisions and strengthen safety culture Promote engagement, lead safety forums, and communicate HSE priorities Represent the site with authorities and support Group HSE strategy deployment Lead and develop the HSE team while reinforcing stop work authority Your Experience You combine strong HSE expertise with the ability to influence and drive change.
