Define the acquisition strategy for emerging Italian customers
Define, align and implement the pricing strategy for acquisitions and customer quotations
Lead the cross-functional acquisition team and coordinate all involved stakeholders throughout the acquisition process
For cross-domain acquisitions, lead and coordinate all involved horizontal and vertical domains to ensure a consistent customer approach and successful acquisition execution
Select, define and apply appropriate acquisition tools and methods in alignment with company acquisition processes and standards
Identify acquisition-specific customer trends and requirements, market activities and competitor information in collaboration with EO and BEG
Ensure release of BAR (including bottom-line approval) and all required business approvals in accordance with applicable acquisition processes
Ensure implementation of acquisition governance measures and required start-control activities for high-risk acquisitions
Check quotation-specific terms and conditions and align required deviations from standard Sales Business Frames
Prepare NDAs, price indications and customer quotation letters according to applicable procedures and standards
Manage acquisition negotiations and closure within the released bottom-line framework
Prepare lessons learned after each acquisition, including won/lost analysis and continuous improvement actions
Ensure and facilitate best-practice exchange across accounts and acquisition teams
Assure proper acquisition-to-project handover, including complete documentation transfer and alignment with the Customer Project Manager and Commercial Manager
Support customer surveys and customer satisfaction initiatives
Support tracking, reporting and analysis of sales and acquisition KPIs
Support the organization of customer technical, innovation and business development events.

Master Degree in management / Mechanical/ electronic / data science Engineering or Economics
In line with our compensation policies, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position lies within the range € 33.000 - €45.000 for a 40-hour work week.
The remuneration package also includes:
