Key Accountability : General Computer Desktop & Laptop support Configure new and existing PCs according to Corporate standards for deployment Desktop Applications installation and troubleshooting. Service desk support by phone, email, chat, etc. Provide & Maintain Phone system and mobile devices support. Ensures that remote and on-site support issues are resolved to customers satisfaction. Support PC/Network/servers Refresh activities Participate to daily End User Support based on his growing competencies (PC reinstall, LAN patching….) Provide support to manage stock of IT equipment’s Support inventories and EOSL recycling process Support IT infrastructure implementation on the new site Provide IT support for Laboratory and Test equipment.
