This role offers exposure to sourcing strategies, supplier management, negotiation methodologies, and process optimization within an international environment.” Join our Trainee Program in Global Purchasing Department - Negotiation & Sourcing Excellence Team and  kick-start your career in a dynamic, international environment!   What you can look forward to as Trainee in out Team: Be part of a global purchasing team and work and experience actively the area of Global Commodity Purchasing; Assistance in requesting and tracking confidentiality agreements; Participation in subtasks in close coordination with other buyers, specialist and cross-sectional areas such as devel-opment, quality, logistics, project management and cost engineering;  Independent evaluation, analysis and preparation of purchasing-relevant data to achieve team and department goals.   Your profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field; Analytical skills with attention to details; Practical use of MS-Office (Excel and PowerPoint);  Independent and goal-oriented way of working, in combination with good organizational and communication skills; Good knowledge of English (at least B2 for everyday business communication); Availability to work full-time; Good knowledge of other language (German, Spanish or other) – nice to have; B-category Driving License – nice to have.   Why you should choose ZF in Częstochowa/Gliwice?
