The ideal candidate will: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (minimum) Have CELTA, DELTA, Trinity, TEFL, or an equivalent certification Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills Show a passion for teaching and student success Be highly organized and professional Enjoy working in a multicultural, international environment Key responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality General English and SPIN lessons Prepare and deliver lectures on a rota basis Assess student progress and provide regular feedback Maintain accurate academic records and attendance in EF systems Participate in CPD sessions, staff meetings and peer observations Support a positive, inclusive and professional school environment Act as a positive ambassador for EF at all times Why you’ll love working with us: It’s more than just a job — it’s a lifestyle.
