Your   New   Role...   Filmbankmedia   is   a leader in non- theatrical   film distribution,   representing   many   major Hollywood, Bollywood, and   independent   film studios   across   more   than   80 international   territories .   We   are   looking   for a   motivated   and   enthusiastic   Junior Cloud Technology Engineer   to   join   our   Technology   team . This   is   an excellent   opportunity   for   someone   at the   beginning   of   their   technology   career   who   wants   exposure   to a   broad   range of technologies   including   AWS cloud services, software applications, automation,   cybersecurity , data management, OTT streaming platforms, and   technical   support.   Working   closely   with   the Head of   Technology   Solutions & Security,   you   will   support business- critical   systems , cloud infrastructure,   internal   users , and   customer-facing   applications. Provide technical support to internal users while supporting user lifecycle activities, account administration, and business applications.   Support and monitor cloud-based applications and services, investigate technical issues, and   assist   with application updates and system changes.   Provide first-line support for digital streaming platforms, investigate customer issues,   monitor   platform availability, and escalate customer-impacting incidents when   required .   Assist   with routine data validation, data quality, imports, exports, and data-related investigations.   Use simple scripts, database queries, and technical tools to investigate issues and help automate routine tasks.   Follow established cybersecurity and content protection procedures while   maintaining   technical documentation and support materials.   Identify   opportunities to improve processes and documentation and gradually take on greater responsibility as skills and experience develop.       At   Filmbankmedia , how   you   work   is   just   as important as   what   you   deliver ,   you’ll   help   bring   our   values to life   by:   Demonstrating   Trust   by building   credible   relationships ,   following   through   on   commitment and   communicating   openly   and   honestly .   Showing   Respect   by   valuing   diverse perspectives,   listening   actively   and   fostering   a collaborative and inclusive   working   environment .   Acting   with   Integrity   by   taking   accountability ,   making   ethical   decisions   and   upholding   company   standards in all interactions     Qualifications &   Experience... Previous   experience   in a   technical   role   with   a   strong   emphasis   on hands-on   coding   experience .   Previous   experience   with   React   and/or Next.js, JavaScript or   TypeScript , REST APIs, and modern web technologies.   Familiarity   with   AWS services and source control   tools   such   as Git.   Knowledge of   cybersecurity   principles ,   security   best practices, and content protection concepts.   Exposure   to data migration or   database   projects   and   experience   supporting   SaaS, cloud, media, or streaming platforms.   #TECH Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
