Content Coordinator, Indonesia

Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.   The Opportunity This role supports the Indonesia Originals creative team from tracking development, coordinating production, and keeping the slate organized across a variety of projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Track submissions, scripts, treatments, and cuts; prepare coverage and story research Manage creative databases, notes, and decks  Coordinate notes rounds and delivery timelines with writers and producers  Support talent and rights research; organize creative meetings (table reads, pitches, brainstorms) Track production milestones, casting, prep, shoot, post, QC, marketing and flag blockers  Attend production meetings, circulate takeaways, and deliver materials other departments need (bios, loglines, EPK content, artwork)  Keep project statuses current from pitch through launch; prepare weekly/monthly slate updates  Maintain internal systems (Airtable, Google Drive, slate trackers)  Track contractual deliverables and process vendor paperwork and NDAs  Schedule meetings and calls; prepare agendas and track follow-ups  Serve as a point of contact for writers, directors, producers, and agents  Track talent availability and deal status with Legal Gather creative materials for marketing and launch (synopses, artwork references, launch decks)  Qualifications:  3-5+ years of production, studio, or media experience Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with high attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English    Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
