Position Overview Position Title: Fusion Data Intelligence Platform (FDIP) Specialist Employment Type: Project-Based Contract Duration: 6-12 months Location: Zurich, Switzerland (100% On-Site) Reports To: TBD About the Role EF (Education First) is seeking an experienced Fusion Data Intelligence Platform (FDIP) Specialist to lead the implementation and deployment of our Fusion AI Data Platform (also known as Fusion Analytics Warehouse). This is a critical project role focused on establishing our organization's modern data analytics foundation and enabling data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Platform Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the Fusion Data Intelligence Platform (FDIP) across the organization Report Definition: Creation of a flexible and supportable reporting solution based on business requirements across. Oracle Expertise: Strong understand of the Oracle suite, including EPM (including FCCS), ERP, HCM and the associated integrations. Data Architecture & Integration: Design and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and integration strategies connecting Oracle Fusion systems with the analytics platform Analytics Development: Build dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights to business stakeholders Technical Leadership: Mentor internal teams on FDIP best practices, data governance, and analytics methodologies Performance Optimization: Ensure platform performance, scalability, and optimization for enterprise-scale operations Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create comprehensive technical documentation and provide training to internal teams for long-term platform management Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Quality Assurance: Establish testing protocols and ensure data quality and integrity throughout the implementation process Required Experience and Qualifications 8+ years of demonstrated experience working with data platforms, analytics solutions, and business intelligence tools Proven expertise with Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse or similar enterprise data platforms (Fusion AI Data Platform, Fusion Analytics, etc.) Experience of best practice in defining reporting structures Strong knowledge of data architecture, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and data manipulation languages Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms and modern data stacks Strong understanding of enterprise data governance, change management and best practices Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications Project Scope & Success Criteria By the end of this 6-12 month engagement, the successful candidate will have: Deployed a fully functional Fusion Data Intelligence Platform Established data pipelines connecting core enterprise systems Delivered key analytics dashboards and reports Documented all configurations and best practices Trained internal teams for sustainable platform management Achieved performance benchmarks and scalability targets Right to Work To be considered for this role, candidates should hold a valid work permit or otherwise be legally authorized to work in Switzerland. #LI-MH1 — Published by EF Education First.
