Machine Learning Engineer

Gruppo Zucchetti is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to join the team in Bergamo. You will work alongside experienced colleagues on real projects from your first weeks, with a structured onboarding plan and a named buddy for your first 90 days. This role suits a recent graduate: we care more about how you reason through a problem and what you have actually built than about the number of years on your CV. Bring your university projects — they are evidence, and we read them. The salary range below is published in full, per EU Directive 2023/970. The applicable collective agreement is CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria.

- Contribute to artificial intelligence work alongside a mentor - Apply python, machine learning, pytorch to day-to-day tasks - Take ownership of a first deliverable within your first 30 days - Take part in reviews, retrospectives and knowledge sharing

- Master's in a relevant field (or graduating within 6 months) - Practical exposure to python and machine learning — university projects count - Italian B2+ and English B1+ - 1-3 years of experience, internships and academic projects included
